Shipping
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. USPS is our preferred parcel carrier and your order will arrive to the address you provide within 3-5 business days once it has been processed and shipped.
Shipping, for all orders across the US, that are under $65 (before tax) is a flat rate of $9.00. Orders over $65 (before tax) are eligible for free shipping.
As a small business, return shipping costs cannot be covered. If your order was returned due to incorrect address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by USPS, we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address. Please make sure to double-check that your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.
Please Note: If you have submitted your order and realized that your shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately at willothewicksllc@gmail.com with your order number and your address will be updated in our records.

Please note we are not accepting any returns at this time due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Policy - Not Applicable During Pandemic
Our return policy is 14 Days from date of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period of time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
