Candle Care Instructions
- Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burning session for best results.
- When you are burning your candle for the first time, it is important to keep in mind that soy wax has a "memory". To get a full melt pool and evenly burn the wax each time you light it for the life of your candle, you will need to burn the candle for at least an hour to allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar. If a soy candle isn’t given a proper “memory burn” it may cause your soy candle to burn in a tunnel shape creating wasted wax along the sides.
- Candles should never be burned for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of wind, pets, or children.
- Candle jar will be HOT during and after burning. Please allow the wax to cool completely before handling or moving.
- Stop burning your candle when there is a 1/4 inch of wax remaining. I know that “wasting” wax is not ideal but this is for your safety so that the glass does not overheat when burned down too low.
